July 25th and 26th, I will be down in Melbourne filming a book trailer for the upcoming memoir, Hammered.
Set to be filmed by world-class film-maker [redacted] who has worked with many international music stars, the trailer is set to be very professional. The script (by Kris Saknussemm) and music have both been delivered already, and it involves a 45 second reading from the book, a short video tour through the drug-filled suburb of Richmond, Melbourne, and a few interview-style questions to be answered by yours truly.
Once finished, it will be on Youtube and here, along with other potential sites.
Keep an eye out for further updates and the finished product.
EDIT: The post-production was never finished, through no fault of the publisher or author.

Cool. Looking forward to it. ps do you have to pay for it?
The film-maker wants to move into book trailers for the big publishers, so he's doing this one to use as a portfolio of what he can do. If I was looking at paying for this, it would cost me around $40-50,000 for the quality of production involved…
